One would be a picture of an elevator with a janitor sliding his tool cart onto into the elevator. And waiting next to the elevator in the hallway is a patient on a transport ventilator. The reading on the flowmeter is indicating there isn't much oxygen left. The faces of the respiratory therapist and nurse are that of stress. Perhaps their hair is messy under their mask and face shield, with sweat dripping from their faces. And the caption underneath reads: "Send it back down as soon as you get up there."
Another would be a picture of a room behind a glass window. In the room is a respiratory therapist working at a desk. The room is filled with a ventilator and all the equipment a respiratory therapist might need. And the caption on the glass says, "In case of emergency, break the glass."
This would be a play on the old notion that respiratory therapists are considered useless by nurses and doctors unless there is an emergency.
