Here's how it's determined how to treat patients

Whenever I have a patient say something like: "Wow, this is the Fill in the blank procedure I've received in an hour, why so many?"  I say the following:

4 ways to determine how many procedures will be ordered on a patient
1.  Good insurance	Many procedures; we need $$
2.  Okay insurance	Some procedures
3.  Bad or no insurance	Few procedures
4.  Government insurance	Every procedure (need to assure reimbursement
