FOOM

I'm sure you've seen FOOM in action before.  It's an acronym:

Fluid
Overload
Over
Medicated

It's happens most commonly in elderly ladies post operation.  The physician decides it's a good idea to pump 35,000 cc of fluid into her, and then give her a sedative like xanax.  Then the becomes wet, does not wake up, and the physician panics and orders albuterol.

Yes, it's called FOOM: fluid overload, over medicated.  I'm thinking a better treatment than albuterol for this patient might be foamoterol brand fenoterol.
