They call it the Anti-reflux diet, although I like to call it the no fun diet.
1. No coffee, tea, or cola drinks (with or without caffeine)
2. No tobacco or alcohol
3. No carbonated drinks
4. No mints
5. No ibuprophen products
6. No anti-arthritis medicine
7. No chocolate
8. No spicy food
9. No acidic food (such as orange juice, grapefruit juice)
10. No eating 2-3 hours prior to going to bed
11. Eat small meals more often as opposed to three large meals
Anyone forced to endure such agony is guaranteed to lose weight.
