Normal Neo ABGs & Vitals:

1. Target ABG:

• PH: 7.25 – 7.40
• PCO2: 45 – 59
• PaO2: 50 – 70
• BE: 0 - to negative 4

2. pulse ox (SpO2):

• 82-92% if less than27 wks
• 85–93% if less than 33 wk
• 88 – 95% if greater than 33 wks

3. Respiratory Rate

• Term = 30–50
• Premie = 40 - 70

4. Heart Rate:

• Term =120 – 160

5. Blood Pressure

• 50 – 90 systolic
