It is a huge frustration. Totally agree. I mean, sure, we all get it and understand that charting and procedure are important but it's easy for those who aren't doing therapy to forget the patient and just focus on the forms.
Each of us has skills (Napoleon Dynamite) and some people are just skilled at making mountains out of mole hills. I don't envy that skill, no, not one bit.
