The following are things I believe are essential to a healthy life. In other words, the following will help keep you out of a hospital.
1. Regular aerobic activity
2. Muscle toning exercise
3. A healthy diet most of the time
4. Social activity
5. Moments of relaxation
6. Days to yourself
7. Staying up to date on health wisdom
8. At least an annual visit with your doctor
9. Take your medicine as prescribed
10. Nothing in excess, everything in moderation.
