Tact versus trivial matters

Tact:  Doing the right thing at the right time.
Trivial matters:  Something insignificant

1.  Approaching an RT during a code to tell him he has a spot of jelly on his shirt is not tactful
2.  When he's doing CPR is a bad time to approach an RT about trivial matters
3.  Telling an RT to smile when he's burned out is not tactful.
4.  Telling an RT he didn't dot an "i" on one chart (trivial matter) on a day he did over 50 procedures is poor tact
5.  Comlimenting an RT is tact
