MCAT question #46

I cannot reveal my source, but I once again am privy to esoteric wisdom. The following is a question I have obtained from the Medical College Admission Exam (MCAT):

Your respiratory therapist enters the busy ER and you so happen to greet him.  Which of the following procedures should you recommend he do first?

a. A breathing treatment and EKG you ordered on a pulmonary fibrosis patient in severe respiratory distress in room A
b. A breathing treatment on a young man with a chest cold and non productive cough in room B
c. An ABG that is part of the sepsis protocol in Room C
d. An EKG on a patient that you'd like to discharge but can't do until you check her EKG in room D
