It's not considered one of the "seven deadly" but denial is a strong force as well. It's what keeps smokers from believing that their second hand smoke is damaging and lawmakers from believing that they can continue the status quo without repercussions. I do believe however that a government who will pass a bill contrary to the will of the people and who believes that they know best how we should feed our bodies, raise our children are guilty of pride.
